The apartment is quiet, clean and fresh, with ample natural lighting and ventilation. With around 80 square metres of floorspace there's plenty of room for mum, dad, and the kids. Cool and roomy, it's fully air-conditioned plus ceiling fans throughout. There are two seperate bedrooms both with comfy queen size beds, and one with access to the outdoor verandah, A portacot and spare trundle can also be provided if required.
Fully equipped including full size fridge, ceramic stovetop, wall oven, washing machine, dryer, TV, DVD etc.
Aralia Beachside is suitable for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. Ground floor - no stairs or lifts, and parking at your back door.

At Aralia Beachside Apartment you have the opportunity to step away from the tourist trail and become part of the local lifestyle.
Experience Darwin's unique multiculturalism through the eyes of the local community: a casual wander to the local Nightcliff Markets, a paw-paw salad and a beef roti, and if you're lucky enough to be here at the time, the local SeaBreeze festival.
Explore Darwin's wartime historin along the magnificent Nightcliff and Casuarina coastlines with it's glassy seas, sandstone cliffs, magnificent sunsets and sunrises, and intriguing caves and rock carvings. Or, going further afield, you're just one hour from Litchfield National Park, and 2 hours from Kakadu World Heritage Area.
But you don't need to go that far, there's plenty of activity nearby: jog along the spectacular Nightcliff foreshore, fish the many local haunts (all within walking distance, and fishing gear provided!), explore the beautiful Rapid Creek and Water Gardens, swim in the Nightcliff pool built into the cliff top overlooking the beautiful Arafura Sea, or maybe a game of tennis in the courts just across the road? (Yes, raquets provided).
There's s so much to enjoy around Nightcliff, let alone Darwin and it's environs, that you'll talk about your time here for years to come. Don't be surprised if you never want to leave - one of our customers liked it so much she bought the apartment next door!
