Darwin Holiday Apartments is a small family business operated by mother and daughter team Cathryn and Amanda. Our passion is helping visitors to Darwin have a great time by providing independent self-catering holiday accommodation, away from the usual hotels and tourist trails. We offer a wide range of properties, from stunning beachfront apartments on the Nightcliff foreshore, executive and short-stay accommodation in Darwin City, through to fully equipped family homes and houses. As born Darwinites, we offer a stack of local knowledge, too.

We understand that if you’re searching for accommodation in Darwin, you’re probably not interested in pop-ups about Sydney, Port Douglas, Vanuatu, or anywhere else.
We own and operate some of the properties listed on our website, and we also allow other owners who share our passion to list their holiday accommodation. Each property listed on our site is vetted and assessed by us prior to listing, and is guaranteed to provide you with a unique accommodation experience that you won’t get from staying in a hotel or “chain” property.
We particularly cater for seniors, families, and independent travellers who are seeking an authentic “Darwin” holiday experience, away from the usual tourist and backpacker scene. All of our properties are individually located, each with their own unique character and style. We offer great deals, great rates, personalised service, and we aim to make your stay with us memorable – we want you to come back again and again!
We have a range of properties to suit every type of holiday accommodation need and budget. Prices range from $99 per night for an affordable city-based 2 bedroom apartment, through to $550 per night for a luxury 3 bedroom full floor luxury penthouse. Some properties allow pets, and children are welcome at all of our properties.
